Otherside is an immersive, transformative 4-week course designed to guide you through the powerful practice of holotropic breathwork. Led by experienced facilitators, Heidi Horan and Heather Stephens, this journey will take you deep into your inner world, unlocking new levels of self-awareness, healing, and connection.

Weekly 60-Minute Breathwork Sessions
Each week, we will gather for a guided holotropic breathwork session. Through controlled, rhythmic breathing, you’ll access altered states of consciousness, helping you release emotional blockages, gain insight into your life's challenges, and experience deep emotional and physical healing.

Weekly 60-Minute Community Unpacking Sessions
We’ll also offer a weekly session as a supportive space to explore your journey within a group setting. Together, we’ll discuss what’s going well, where you feel stuck, and unpack insights from both breathwork and life. These sessions create a safe, open community to share, listen, and connect with others on a similar path, fostering growth and healing.

Breathwork-Life Integration
We’ll also include weekly journaling prompts and take-home exercises to help you deepen the insights gained from each breathwork session. These tools are designed to keep the learning alive as you work through the 4-week journey and to integrate these reflections into your everyday life long after the program ends. By committing to these practices, you’ll create a lasting foundation for growth, awareness, and healing.
