The Practice of
Holotropic Breathwork

Holotropic breathwork is a powerful practice that uses your own breath and music to guide you into an expanded state of consciousness. It’s a safe, supportive container where you can release stuck emotions, reset your nervous system, and access deep insight from within.

This isn’t your average meditation.

You’ll lie down, close your eyes, and use a specific breathing pattern, faster and deeper than normal, to activate the body’s inner intelligence. As your breath carries you beyond your thinking mind, your experience becomes uniquely yours. Some people feel energy or emotions moving through. Others tap into memories, visuals, or a sense of peace they haven’t felt in years. Every session is different. Every journey is valid.

What to Expect

We’ll begin each session by grounding in community and intention. Then, you’ll drop into 30-60 minutes of guided breathwork, accompanied by music designed to support your process. Afterward, we offer space to reflect, integrate, and share because what rises in the breath often reveals something important.

You don’t need to "do it right."

You just need to show up with curiosity and a willingness to experiment.

We created Homeward to help people return to themselves. Our methodology blends holotropic breathwork with intentional integration. We don’t tell you what to feel or fix. Instead, we hold space for you to breathe and allow your body and mind to show you the way. We believe healing doesn’t have to be hard, but it does require presence, courage, and support.
