So what exactly is breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of intentionally using your breath to influence your mental, emotional, and physical state.

For centuries, people have turned to the breath as a tool for transformation, whether to calm the nervous system, process emotions, spark creativity, or reconnect with themselves. From a simple deep breath to structured techniques like box breathing and pranayama.

At Homeward, we work with a variety of breath-based techniques, but at the heart of our practice is Holotropic Breathwork, a powerful, immersive modality designed for deep self-exploration, emotional release, and transformational healing.
