This private couples breathwork session is designed to help partners slow down, reconnect, and create space for deeper emotional understanding, communication, and presence with one another. Through guided conversation and Expanded Consciousness Breathwork, couples are invited to explore both their individual inner worlds and the dynamic between them in a supportive, intentional setting.
We’ll begin with a shared check in to explore what’s currently surfacing in the relationship and what you’re both wanting to move toward together. From there, we’ll move into an active conscious connected breathing practice designed to help each person access deeper emotional awareness and reconnect with themselves and each other beyond the thinking mind.
We’ll close with time for grounding, reflection to help you integrate anythign that surfaced during the experience and carry those insights back into your relationship and daily life together.
Sessions are held privately at Homeward Breathwork Studio in Seattle or virtually.
