Welcome to Homeward Breathwork.
These Terms of Service outline the guidelines for participating in any sessions, programs, or experiences offered through this site. By booking or participating, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of the Work
Homeward Breathwork offers guided somatic breathwork experiences designed to support self-exploration, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation.
This work can involve deep breathing techniques, music, and guided facilitation that may lead to physical sensations and emotional release. Each person’s experience is unique.
Health & Safety
Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own well-being during and after each session.
Breathwork may not be appropriate for individuals with certain conditions. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating if you have:
Cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure or heart disease
History of seizures or epilepsy
Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
Glaucoma or detached retina
Recent surgery or injury
Severe mental health conditions, including psychosis, schizophrenia, or active manic states
Any condition that may be impacted by intense breathing practices
Are pregnant
You are encouraged to listen to your body and pause or stop at any time.
Not Medical or Therapeutic Care
Homeward Breathwork does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric services.
Sessions are not a substitute for licensed healthcare or therapy. If you are navigating a medical or mental health condition, please seek support from a qualified professional.
Assumption of Risk
By participating, you acknowledge that breathwork can involve physical and emotional intensity, including sensations such as dizziness, tingling, or emotional release.
You choose to participate voluntarily and take responsibility for your experience.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeward Breathwork and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur in connection with participation in any session or offering.
Virtual Sessions
For virtual experiences, you are responsible for creating a safe, comfortable environment where you can fully participate.
Homeward Breathwork is not responsible for your physical surroundings during virtual sessions.
Group Environment
Group sessions are shared spaces. Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy and experiences of others.
While care is taken to create a safe environment, confidentiality in group settings cannot be guaranteed.
Payments & Cancellations
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
If you are unable to attend a session, you may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds.
Changes to Services
Homeward Breathwork reserves the right to update, modify, or cancel offerings as needed.
