Why This Day Exists
For high-performing humans, the pace of life rarely leaves room for pause. Busyness becomes the baseline. Calendars fill, notifications stack, and the capacity for stillness and real presence quietly fades. We often believe we will find more peace by doing more, trying harder, adding one more thing into the mix. But more does not create space.
It begins with a deliberate step out of the usual pace and into something slower, more intentional. A full day that allows your mind and body to settle into a different rhythm. When you experience what it feels like to truly slow down, not just squeeze in a break between meetings, it becomes easier to carry that sense of steadiness and perspective into your everyday life.
This day is designed to be that starting point.
Together, Wade Brill and Heather Stephens have created a guided experience that blends conscious connected breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. Set within the calm, residential Sunset Hill neighborhood, the day invites you to step away from the constant doing, reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, and begin establishing a rhythm of stillness, presence, and intention to carry into the season ahead.

As part of her training and dedication to her own meditation practice, Wade has participated in multiple 5-day, 7-day and a month-long silent meditation retreats. She serves on the Executive Board of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
Wade guides others to live with more balance, intention and heart.
Heather Stephens
Expanded Consciousness Breathwork Coach
Heather came to guiding breathwork through her own long-term healing journey. After years of talk therapy that helped her understand her patterns and make sense of her history, she tried expanded consciousness breathwork and experienced something different. The sessions allowed her to feel what she had previously only been able to name.
She moved through past traumas, early memories, and longstanding emotional patterns in a way that brought a deep sense of clarity and breakthrough. That experience led her to train in this work so she could help others access the same kind of inner shift.
Heather's approach is grounded, attuned, and shaped by personal experience as well as years of somatic exploration and guiding people through emotional processing. She creates a space where people can explore what is held in the body, release old patterns, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
